The "Wedding Director" or "Day-of Coordinator" is the person who helps busy brides pull all the pieces together and manages the actual event. The director handles everything on the big day, allowing the hosts and hostesses to relax and enjoy themselves.

A Wedding Planner is someone who helps brides and mothers who are inexperienced at planning large events, who are planning destination weddings, or who are just organizationally-challenged.  Wedding Planners are typically hired early in the process, but they can also come in later to manage an event that has gotten out of control. In general, a wedding planner gives you more time than a director, and is more closely involved in helping you make pre-wedding decisions. She is present throughout the week of the event, directing activities, putting out fires, and managing all the little details.

Each event package is customized for the client. We charge a flat fee, which is based on the size of the event, the number of staff required, and the scope of duties involved. After a deposit, the fee can be paid monthly, interest-free. Call or email for a free consultation.
